Microsoft Application Manager, Antwerp

One of my clients, a global end-user company based in Antwerp, is looking to onboard a Microsoft Application Manager.

They're looking for an Application Manager who has experience with Microsoft Infrastructure and has a hands-on mentality to join their ICT team.

Role key responsibilities:

You develop an extensive knowledge and understanding of the operational and technical aspects related to business applications and the surrounding ICT ecosystem.
*

You oversee the upkeep of current applications and interfaces while also handling the technical aspects such as user administration, security measures, and document formatting.
*

You have the capability to address functional requirements within the application's context, including tasks such as creating reports, extracting data, and improving the user experience (UX).
*

You offer assistance and training to users, working alongside key individuals to guarantee seamless user support and resolve any issues that may arise.
*

You conduct testing on new functionalities and coordinate integration tests to ensure the smooth incorporation of new features into the system.
*

You contribute to the development of internal documentation, user manuals, and release documents, assisting in creating comprehensive resources that provide guidance and information for users and stakeholders.
*

You can be involved in the ERP implementation as well, if you wish, and develop your skills within this field.

Your skills:

*

You have experience with the Microsoft Infrastructure.
*

You have experience in business process implementations.
*

You have demonstrable knowledge and experience with M365, O365, Sharepoint, Windows, SQL, …
*

Previous experience as a System Engineer or doing Modern Workplace Consultancy is highly appreciated.
*

You have a technical basis in the field of database management, data links and data security (security, encryption, data retention, …).
*

Fluency of English and Dutch, French would be a plus.
*
