Dynamics 365 CE Product Analyst, £45,000, London, Higher education, 42 days of holiday per year (incl bank holiday), Extensive project pipeline

A London based Higher Education provider are looking for a Dynamics 365 CE Product Analyst to join their business applications team. This is a new role created to reflect the growing usage of D365 within the institution as they continue to roll it out across new areas of the organisation. It is a predominately homebased role with typically just 2 days per month on site in London.

You will work alongside a product manager with additional support from a 3rd party supplier to maintain, enhance and roll out new functions in the system. They have a busy project pipeline planned including building a new students enquiry system in Dynamics where you can get hands on with the build of the solution. Additionally you will provide support and training to the userbase on D365. You will work with a wide variety of stakeholders ranging from 3rd party suppliers to students, so you will be required to have strong communication skills and be able to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The requirements are…

* Good knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE
* Skilled in customisation and configuration of Dynamics
* Experience gathering requirements from users
* Experience providing support and training on Dynamics
* Strong communication and team working ability
