Junior Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant, �40,000, Microsoft Partner, Growing BC practice, Learning and development budget, Finance projects, Initial on-site time in Derby

An established Microsoft Partner with a growing Business Central practice are looking for a Junior D365 BC Consultant to join their delivery team. The role is offering �40,000 plus an annual bonus and a dedicated learning and development budget including funding for Microsoft certifications. The role will initially be based 4 days on site in Derby with more home working options after the initial 6 months.

Historically this Partner have been focussed around delivering MS 365 based solutions though over the past 18 months have successfully built out a D365 BC division, taking a fledging practice to a fully self sufficient business unit. You will work under a senior finance focussed D365 BC consultant, who will provide mentoring and shadowing opportunities combined with 3rd party training. The role will focus around full lifecycle Business Central implementation and upgrade projects. You will gather and translate requirements, then test solutions before deployment as well as providing ongoing training and support to users.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has exposure to internal project work who wants to progress into a consultancy role within a Microsoft Partner.

The requirements are…

* Knowledge of Dynamics NAV or Business Central
* Knowledge of finance business processes
* Project lifecycle experience including process analysis, design and testing
* Experience providing support and training to users on Dynamics NAV/BC
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
