Dynamics NAV/Business Central Consultant, �65,000 + bonus, ERP Partner, Newly established BC practice, Hybrid working - split between Northampton office time and home working

An established ERP Partner, who historically have focussed on SAGE 200 are currently in the process of establishing a new Dynamics 365 Business Central offering. The role is offering �65,000 with a bonus and training budget and is split between working from home and 2 days on site in Northampton per week.

They have a strong pipeline of BC project work from existing SAGE customers who are looking to transition into Dynamics which will provide the initial 12 months of planned work. Currently they have several ad hoc freelancers providing technical knowledge and guidance on BC though they are looking for a perm consultant to join to spearhead the initial projects and grow out a team underneath them. You will work the full implementation lifecycle of Business Central, from the initial scoping with stakeholders through to solution design and delivery and then ongoing support and training. Beyond delivering projects you will also have the opportunity to get involved in the pre-sales and ongoing management of clients.

The unique offering of this role is to establish best practice and grow out a team, offering rapid progression into a senior leadership role.

The requirements are…

* Strong knowledge of Dynamics NAV/365 BC
* BC implementation experience
* Experience working full project lifecycles incl requirements gathering, solution design and testing
* Experience working in an Agile environment
* Any experience with pre-sales is advantageous
* Experience providing support and training on NAV/BC
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
