Overview
This client has a job opportunity available for a CRM Developer in their Philadelphia area headquarters who is interested in administering, evolving, and transforming the technical landscape leveraged across their Global Private Equity Practice (Growth Equity, Private Capital, and Asia Investments). In this role, you will partner directly with your stakeholders to learn our business & ascertain their needs. You will also partner with internal development teams and vendors to design & implement solutions that facilitate deal sourcing, deal creation, workflow management, analytics & reporting, and daily operations.

In this role, you will:

Collaborate with their Global Private Equity team to learn their business and approach to deal sourcing, deal creation, and overall deal management
Advise on best practices for Dynamics 365 development and integration processes
Create and install plugins, workflows, and forms in Dynamics 365
Analyze, cleanse, transform, manage, and validate Dynamics 365 and Azure data; undertake data ownership and management in systems to facilitate data integrity
Support application and/or OS customizations, configurations (code setups), upgrades, deployments, issue escalation, functionality expertise, as well as user support and training
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Dynamics 365 (software bugs, data issues, and system configuration issues) and other applications

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in technology
3-5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, PowerApps, PowerAutomate (Flows), Canvas Apps, Azure Apps, and using connectors to implement business processes
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft .NET 3.5+ development using C# and JavaScript
Demonstrated proficiency in using CRM SDK or plugin platforms
Strong SQL, relational database, and data architecture design skills preferred
Experience with Qlikview, Power BI, or a similar Business Intelligence platform a plus
Outreach.io experience a plus
Knowledge of the Private Equity space a plus
