Home Based Dynamics 365 CE Support, £35,000, Microsoft Partner, Professional services & financial services client base, 1st and 2nd line support on D365 CE & Power Platform solutions, Established support desk

An established Microsoft Partner are looking for a Dynamics 365 CE Support Consultant to join their established helpdesk due to continued growth with increased demand for their support services. The role is home based with quarterly meetups in the North West, offering £35,000.

You will work alongside an experienced service desk manager as part of an experienced tightknit team of 3 heads, providing 1st and 2nd line support on 365 CE & Power Platform tickets. The client base is predominantly professional and financial services, where you will be required to liaise with various layers of stakeholders from internal IT up to senior management. In addition to day to day support you will be able to work alongside the consulting team supporting deployments of new solutions to customers.

The requirements are…

* Knowledge of Dynamics CRM or 365 CE
* Knowledge of customising and configuring Dynamics
* Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support on Dynamics
* Knowledge of PowerApps and Power Automate
* Strong communication skills
