Dynamics CRM/365 CE Support, �35,000 + Bonus, Fully remote role, Microsoft Partner, 1st & 2nd line support, D365, Power Platform & Azure project work, Varied verticals incl asset management, renewable energy and non for profit, Progression into consultancy, MS cert sponsorship, 1 day per month in Manchester

A Microsoft Partner are looking to grow their practice with a home based D365 CE Support Consultant, offering �35,000 and an annual bonus which is historically around 10%. The role is fully remote with one team day per month in Manchester, which is expensed. Additionally they will fund MS certifications and other relevant training. The unique offering of this role is that you will be progressed into junior consultancy within the initial 6-12 months of joining, being mentored by lead consultants and an experienced solution architect.

The main focus of the role will initially be providing 1st and 2nd line support on Dynamics to a varied client base including non for profits, financial services and energy providers. The roadmap of the role is to grow into consultancy, where you will transition into scoping and translating client requirements into workable solutions. Beyond Dynamics you will also work with Power Platform and Azure functionalities.

The requirements are…

* Knowledge of Dynamics CRM/365 CE
* Skilled in customisation and configuration of Dynamics
* Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support on Dynamics
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ambition to progress into a consultancy role
