Power BI Developer

A well-established global organisation based in High Wycombe (Buckinghamshire) are looking for an experienced Data Analytics Developer to join their team and take the lead on Power BI reporting across the organisation. They operate a flexible working model, and are looking for someone to come into the office around once per week if you live locally, or once per fortnight if you live further afield.

You will report directly to the Head of IT, and focus predominately on Power BI development whilst also getting involved in additional projects - for example, they are looking to migrate their on-premise data warehouse to Snowflake, and transition to a new ERP platform this year, so you will have the opportunity to pick up new skills in these areas.

They currently have an Analysis Services Tabular Cube (with a legacy Multidimension Model) which needs to be renewed and extended to meet the growing needs of the business and provide better insight to various departments. Therefore, they are ideally looking for someone with an understanding of SSAS to pick this up, although a desire to learn will be well-welcomed!

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Power BI professional with some back-end development skills to join an organisation with data at their core - you will have the chance to pick-up new tools and technologies whilst working with the wider business to add real value!

Requirements:

* Strong Power BI development experience including DAX and Power Query
* Experience with SSAS - tabular or cubes
* Strong SQL experience
* Data Warehousing experience is desirable but not essential

Benefits:

* Salary of up to �55,000 depending on experience
