Dynamics CRM/365 CE Support Consultant, �54,000 + Bonus, Central London, Property Management, D365 CE, Power Platform & Azure project work, Enterprise system, D365 upgrade, Hybrid working - 2/3 days on site per week
A London based property management company, responsible for hundreds of millions of global assets are looking for a Dynamics CRM focussed support consultant to join their growing in-house team. The role is split between working on site in Central London and the option for 2/3 days of home working per week. Starting salary is �54,000 with an annual bonus, typically 10% of base salary.
The organisation is moving away from reliance on 3rd party providers, currently building an in-house team split between permanent and contract resource with the view to transition to a fully perm team in the next 12 months. You will join a dedicated Dynamics team, supporting a national userbase on D365 as well as Power Platform and aspects of Azure. They are looking for an experienced support consultant with previous experience providing 1st and 2nd line support on D365 CE as well as providing training to a userbase.
The requirements are…
* Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM/365 CE
* Skilled in customisation and configuration of D365
* Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support on Dynamics
* Experience providing training on Dynamics
* Knowledge of Power Platform is advantageous
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
