Dynamics NAV Support Consultant, £50,000, Manufacturer & retailer, Dynamics NAV 2018 on prem, Power BI project

A Kent based manufacturer and retailer are looking for a Dynamics NAV focussed support consultant to join their inhouse IT team. This is a hybrid role with 1/2 days on site per week in Tonbridge and the rest work from home, offering up to £50,000 base salary.

You will take ownership, maintain and provide 1st and 2nd support to users on a Dynamics NAV 2018 on prem system. This role will require you to be the go to point of contact for NAV internally, with a 3rd party on hand for escalation if required. Beyond NAV you will have the chance to work with Power BI and Jet Reports.

The requirements are…

* Strong knowledge of Dynamics NAV, preferably NAV 2018
* Experience providing 2nd line support on Dynamics NAV
* Experience training users
* Knowledge of Power BI or Jet Reports is advantageous
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
