Dynamics 365 Business Central Application Support, Dublin, €60,000, Energy provider, Dynamics platform - BC & CE

A Dublin based energy supplier are looking for a D365 BC focussed Application Support Analyst to join their inhouse support team. This is a hybrid role with 2 days onsite per week at a Dublin 12 office location and the rest working from home, offering a base salary up to €60,000.

They have recently restructured their internal IT team to dedicated support and project delivery teams, this role will work under an experienced IT Manager and alongside 2 dedicated support consultants. You will provide 1st and 2nd line support on Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics CRM. Previous CRM experience is not essential as this can be trained on the job.

The requirements…

* Good knowledge of D365 Business Central
* Experience providing 2nd line support on Business Central
* Experience providing user training
* Any knowledge of Dynamics CRM or D365 CE is advantageous
* Ideally knowledge of the wider Microsoft product stack
* Strong communication and teamworking ability
