Dynamics 365 CE Application Support, Dublin, €60,000, Energy provider, Dynamics platform - BC & CE

A Dublin based energy supplier are looking for a D365 CE focussed Application Support Analyst to join their inhouse support team. This is a hybrid role with 2 days onsite per week at a Dublin 12 office location and the rest working from home, offering a base salary up to €60,000.

They have recently restructured their internal IT team to dedicated support and project delivery teams, this role will work under an experienced IT Manager and alongside 2 dedicated support consultants. You will provide 1st and 2nd line support on Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics CRM. Previous NAV/BC experience is not essential as this can be trained on the job.

The requirements…

* Good knowledge of D365 CE
* Experience providing 2nd line support on Business Central
* Experience providing user training
* Any knowledge of Dynamics NAV or Business Central is advantageous
* Ideally knowledge of the wider Microsoft product stack
* Strong communication and teamworking ability
