Dynamics 365 CE Systems Manager, Hybrid/London, £60,000, Non for Profit, 12 month fixed term contract with the view to go perm, Brand new D365 system, Design D365 roadmap

A non for profit professional membership body are looking for a Dynamics 365 CE Manager to take ownership of a recently implemented D365 CE system. The role is initially a 12 month fixed term contract with the view to go perm and offering £60,000. It is a hybrid role requiring 4 days on site per month - this can be arranged to best suit you - eg 1 day per week or 4 days in one week and the rest of the month remote.

You will take ownership of a brand new D365 system, the first phase of the role will be to drive user adoption and train users on D365 - this will require 1-2-1 and group sessions, both onsite and remote as well as creating training documents. After you deliver this to a 65 person userbase, you will take charge and design the roadmap for the next 3 years for the organisations Dynamics journey. You will be the decision maker, scoping, designing and building out solutions in D365 and Power Platform to meet user requirements. * Strong knowledge of D365 CE
* Experienced driving user adoption and training users on D365
* Skilled in customisation and configuration
* Experience managing 3rd party supplier relationships
* Comfortable managing a junior CRM administrator
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
