Senior Management Consultant - D365 Business Central

One of our North / Scotland based MS Gold Partner clients need an experienced D365 Business Central Consultant to join their rapidly growing team. Although this Partner is relatively new - they're expanding at a dramatic rate. They deliver a first class service to their array of customers and pride themselves on their commitment to customer and client satisfaction. The purpose of this job is to design and deliver the successful implementation and upgrade of Business Central ERP as well as managing the other D365 BC Consultants.



You will have the opportunity to work with a range of customers, expand your professional portfolio and be a part of a dynamic team. The company works with a range of clients, from Finance to Manufacturing, allowing you to utilise and develop your skill set. You will have a healthy pipe line of projects and be supported throughout your journey with them.



This position needs someone who has previous experience with D365 BC implementation. Management is a big part of this role, as you will be leading the team of Consultants and directing them where necessary. It's a fantastic opportunity to build on previous management or team leadership experience. You will need to have seen multiple lifecycle implementations and have a very strong understanding of the processes.

* D365 BC E2E implementations and upgrades
* Managing Consultants
* Configure and set up processes
* Training
* Planning data migrations
* Discovery workshops



Skills and Experience

* 3+ years with D365 BC (Dynamics NAV is also applicable)
* Experience managing / leading teams
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Able to liaise with clients and deliver excellent customer service
* Reporting knowledge (beneficial)
