Support IT Specialist

IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST l ON-SITE - COPPELL TEXAS l $60k SALARY l DIRECT HIRES ONLY



This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company in an entry level leadership role! My client is actively looking to expand their team with an IT Support Specialist who can help train junior support technicians and oversee the company's Windows infrastructure.



Central responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to:

* User equipment install and authentication
* Manage the IT ticketing system workflow and escalation process
* Performs systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications
* Design, develop, document, analyze, create, tests, and/or modify computer systems or programs



In addition to these primary responsibilities you will impact the business by being an expert and primary support person for the following technologies:

* Desktop Support
* Office 365
* Active Directory
* Teams
* GoTo Assist / Remote Desktop Services
* Windows 10
* Windows 7
