Freelance Microsoft 365 Consultant - Customer Onboarding Specialist - Oslo (6 Months)

Job Summary:

As a freelance Microsoft 365 Consultant with a focus on customer onboarding, you will be the driving force behind introducing our clients to the transformative power of Microsoft 365. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless and smooth transition for our customers as they integrate Microsoft 365 tools and services into their operations. Through expert guidance and personalised training, you will enable businesses to optimise their productivity and collaboration potential.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique business needs, challenges, and goals during the on-boarding process.
Conduct thorough assessments of customer's existing work-flows and IT infrastructure to develop tailored Microsoft 365 implementation plans.
Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops, both one-on-one and in groups, to empower users and increase adoption rates.
Offer expert advice and recommendations on best practices for leveraging Microsoft 365 applications effectively.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or roadblocks encountered during the onboarding process.
Ensure a smooth handover to the ongoing support team, maintaining strong customer relationships beyond the initial on-boarding phase.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Consultant or in a similar role, with a strong focus on customer onboarding and adoption.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, including but not limited to SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Power Platform.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach, with a passion for helping clients succeed.
Strong problem-solving abilities, always eager to find solutions and improve processes.
Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.
