Engagement Manager - Power Platform/D365 l Fully Remote l Direct Hires / Permanent Employment



In response to an exciting period of growth, my customer, a leading Microsoft partner is looking for a Power Platform / D365 Engagement Manager to join their team and support their mission to design and deploy solutions for collaboration, analytics, and customer insights to meet the challenges companies worldwide face today. In this role, you will be responsible for customer engagement management including project delivery and sales support assistance. The core focus of this hands on role will be leading engagements with a team with potential business analysts, project managers, architects, developers, quality assurance and adoption specialists as a product expert.

To be successful in this role, you will have

* High proficiency in configuring the Power Platform/Dynamics 365 platform, developing custom functions and data integration/migration via current Microsoft technologies
* Significant experience delivering end to end projects with midsize and large enterprises
* Prior experience delivery architecture/configuration experience using Power Platform/Dynamics 365
* In-depth experience working in Agile/Scrum environments in relation to solutions design and delivery of enterprise level solutions
* Knowledgeable in writing Statements of Work (SOW), monitoring client sales pipelines, and closing deals
* Excellent communication skills as a collaborative leader
