Service Desk Team Lead


Service Desk Team Lead - Peterborough (Hybrid) - Up to £45k

I am currently working with one of the leading MSP's in the UK who are looking to grow their already established team of Engineers. They are leaders in all things Agriculture, Technology and Food. They are looking to add to their Service Desk Team.

The ideal candidate for this role will have strong 2nd line support experiences, past or current experience in a leadership position, providing knowledge and guidance to a number of Engineers. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to anyone with support experience looking for a more managerial/lead support opportunities.

This is a full time role with a salary range of up to £45,000. The company offer a great benefits package which consists of ride to work schemes, 25 days annual leave + additional days for birthdays and charity days etc. You can also expect an amazing bonus, as well as industry leading certifications. (All paid for by the company!!)
