One of our exclusive clients, a partner company based in Utrecht are in search of a Dynamics CRM/D365 CE Support Specialist to join their team. This organisation is an award winning Microsoft Gold Partner and recognised as on of the best places to work.
REQUIREMENTS|

Ideally +2 years experience with Dynamics CRM
*
Familiar with Agile / Scrum methodologies (Beneficial)
*
Experience in translating requirements into user stories / use cases.
*
MBO / HBO diploma; towards IT;
*
Excellent
*
Dutch speaking is essential.
ROLE|
*
Expertly address Microsoft Dynamics CRM challenges.
*
Provide expert-level support via phone, email, and chat
*
Work with colleagues to implement effective Dynamics CRM solutions.
*
Conduct thorough troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and address any issues with precision.
*
Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions.
*
You proactively solve problems and suggest improvements.
SALARY & BENFITS|

Competitive salary between €3,500 - €5,700 p/month. (40 Hour week)
