Job Description

Actively seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE/ Power Platform Analyst Developer to join the team with my international service sector client. With a leading reputation within their specific field, my client is actively growing their business systems team in support of a host of innovative projects involving their business critical D365 CE CRM system, and concurrent Power Platform processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow multi-national project experience in Dynamics 365/ Power Platform, with a reputable organisation offering excellent internal growth prospects.

My client is seeking a home based resource, with requirement to go to modern South Dublin based offices several times per month for team/ project meetings.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Day to day support of my clients Dynamics 365 CE CRM system/ Power Platform processes
* Hands on power platform/ power automate development - creating flows, power apps etc.
* Analysis, requirement gathering and design of new system functionality
* Working with technical teams to develop and test new system enhancements
* Training internal users on new releases/ ensuring system best practice

Skills and Qualifications

* Proven experience in the support and development of Dynamics 365 CE Sales/ CRM
* Experience in Power Platform development (Power Automate/ Power Apps)
* Power BI reporting skills (preferable, not essential)
* Functional life cycle skills, from analysing requirements, mapping processes, through to config, testing, training and go-live support
* Excellent communication/ stakeholder engagement skills
