ERP Analyst- Navision - Michigan - $120k - Remote

Our client is a manufacturing organization in the construction space end user that is looking for an ERP Analyst to play an important user-facing role in their day-to-day operations.

The company has been in business for seven decades and is continuing to grow, investing heavily into their technology infrastructure in the process. This is an amazing opportunity to not only work on their current Nav system but also on a future ERP upgrade.

Your new role will involve:

* Lead support efforts on the organization's NAV system
* Act as the liaison between company stakeholders and the external Microsoft VAR
* Troubleshoot system errors
* Provide training to users on ERP processes
* Document workflows and identify paths for improvement
* Manage and improve integrated technologies, specifically with inventory, production, and warehousing add-ons

What you'll need:

* Experience with Dynamics NAV or Navision
* Understanding of production processes (especially with inventory management)
* Experience with generating reports using SQL or Jet is a plus
* A background in working in large organizations with many systems users
* The ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical personnel
* Experience with troubleshooting, testing, training, and configuration
