We are now looking for you who want to assume a leading role with personnel responsibility within the Business Applications CRM team. We are looking for you who enjoy the consultant role but who also want to work with developing our consultants in their work.
The role with personnel responsibility is called Personnel Manager (PM) at us, and in that role you are responsible for approx. 10 consultants. You are part of the management team for the team and on a daily basis you will lead, recruit, teach and inspire the consultants to become a really sharp team together. Your role also includes responsibility for activities within sales, marketing and business and operational development. We invest in competence development - this means, among other things, that all leaders with us can undergo leadership training in order to gain the basis to be good leaders.
In the role of PM you will have the opportunity to work in a varied everyday life with a wonderful group around you. The work in the management team is unprestigious and relaxed, but with a strong drive to build a team where our employees have fun at work and have the opportunity to develop in their tasks. We share work tasks related to recruitment, resource planning, sales, personnel development, finance and everything else that needs to be done in a way that allows us to work forward together.
Here you will work as a consultant in parallel with your role as personnel manager, approximately 50-80% of your time is spent on projects where you are an important part of our delivery to the customer. The tasks in the consultant role depend entirely on the experience you bring with you, in our team of around 60 employees there are, among other things, .NET developers, architects, application consultants, testers and project managers.
In our team, we create customized solutions for customers using the very latest technology, based on Microsoft's entire portfolio of services but with a focus on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform. Working with Microsoft's umbrella of cloud services, which is also constantly expanding, means that you can become a specialist in your area of expertise, but still always have more to learn. We deliver many of our solutions to customers in the form of comprehensive commitments where an entire team is on site. We are looking for you who have worked with personnel responsibility for at least a few years and we believe that you enjoy working together with talented and technology-interested colleagues and being involved in the development of tailor-made solutions in a positive and easy-going environment. You have a passion for seeing people grow and you thrive in a coaching role.
We are looking for you who have:
* Post-secondary education in a relevant field
* Experience in leading roles corresponding to consultant manager, team lead or similar
* Competence within our field of activity
* Fluent language skills in Swedish and English, in speech and writing
It is also advantageous if you have:
* Experience with Microsoft platforms
* Worked with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and other related services in the area.
* Experience from the consulting profession
