Responsibilities



The position will report to the Platform Engineering Lead and provides excellent opportunity to work on cross-platform development, create impact and add value in an agile, modern environment.



  • Analyze existing architecture and define the future platform architecture and system landscape

  • Support the implementation of the new architecture

  • Act as a contact and sparring partner for continuous development and improvement of the platform and processes

  • Conduct regular audits and benchmarks to validate the architectural concepts and understand highlight the associated short coming

  • Develop a documentation standard and ensure it is up to date

  • Support the transformation to the DevOps organization

  • Ensure compliance of the software used and support in setting up and maintaining the Platform Catalogue





Requirements




  • A university degree in the field of Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related subject

  • Knowledge of methods and at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of Platform Architecture

  • Expert knowledge in Software Development, Network Engineering and Database Design

  • Experience in converting Monolithic application to Microservices Systems would be an advantage

  • Fluency in English is a must
