Dynamics F&O TSA/Senior Dev

We are looking for an experienced D365 F&O Technical Solutions Architect to join our team and play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimising ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities:

* Design and implement technical solutions within D365 F&O to meet complex business needs.
* Act as a lead architect, overseeing solution design, development, and integration with other applications.
* Work closely with functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.
* Develop and implement customisation, extension, and integration strategies to optimise D365 F&O performance.
* Ensure data integrity, scalability, and reliability by adhering to best practices in solution architecture.
* Provide hands-on support for complex troubleshooting, performance tuning, and post-implementation enhancements.
* Mentor and guide developers and technical teams to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.
* Fluent in Swedish OR English, can only be English speaking but must be based in Stockholm.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a D365 F&O Technical Solutions Architect or similar role with expertise in solution design and architecture.
* In-depth knowledge of D365 F&O, including customisation, integration, and development frameworks.
* Strong skills in X++, Power Platform, Azure, and integration tools.
* Solid understanding of technical best practices in ERP systems, especially within D365 F&O.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and experience managing multiple complex projects.
* English speaking.
* Based in Stockholm.
