Role Overview:
As a D365 BC Finance Consultant, you'll play a vital role in supporting clients through their ERP journeys, focusing on implementing and optimising Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Working closely with clients and the internal team, you'll provide expertise on finance-related modules, offer insights on best practices, and lead projects to success. This role offers a great opportunity to grow with a dynamic start-up while making a direct impact on client's digital transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of D365 Business Central finance modules for clients.
* Collaborate with clients to gather and understand business requirements, especially within finance.
* Design and configure D365 BC solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
* Perform data migration, system integration, and testing.
* Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure client success.
* Work cross-functionally within our team to deliver seamless and comprehensive solutions.
* Assist in pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and client meetings, as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV, specialising in finance modules.
* Finance Knowledge: Strong understanding of finance processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow management, general ledger, and financial reporting.
* ERP Expertise: Proven track record of working on full life cycle implementations, from discovery and design through to go-live and post-launch support.
* Problem Solving: Ability to analyse business needs, propose solutions, and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and accessible manner.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Swedish is required.
