D365FO Finance Business Analyst - Hybrid - £75k
Nigel Frank is working with a leading service-based organisation undergoing a large-scale D365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) transformation to optimise financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
Our client is a well-established end-user with a strong presence in the UK, offering an exciting opportunity to join their finance team and play a key role in their D365FO Finance implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
* Work closely with finance teams and senior stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into D365FO Finance functionalities.
* Analyse existing financial processes and recommend best practices for automation and efficiency.
* Configure and customise D365FO Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash & Bank Management.
* Support data migration efforts, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy finance systems to D365FO.
* Collaborate with technical teams to define integration's between D365FO and third-party applications such as payroll, banking, and reporting tools.
* Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training sessions for finance teams to ensure successful adoption.
* Develop financial reports and dashboards using Power BI, SSRS, and D365FO reporting tools.
* Provide post-implementation support, resolving system issues and ensuring continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Strong finance and accounting background, preferably ACCA/CIMA qualified or part-qualified.
* Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO), particularly in Finance modules.
* Understanding of ERP system integration's, including banking APIs, payroll systems, and Power Platform solutions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Power BI for reporting and analysis.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with finance and IT teams to drive solutions.
* Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
