Microsoft 365 Engineer (Sharepoint)

Job Description

The main objective of this position is to support SharePoint and MS Teams services.

Role & Responsibilities

* Assisting with cyber compliance, including general server patching, cumulative update installations, and reporting.
* Compiling monthly usage statistics.
* Managing ServiceNow tickets.
* System Improvement
* Automating the compilation of monthly usage statistics.
* Enhancing the monitoring of SharePoint and MS Teams, including data feeds.
* Managing critical systems globally.

Skills & Qualifications

* Proven experience in a 3rd line support role for SharePoint applications (on-premises, hybrid, and cloud) and MS Teams/Teams Telephony.
* Expertise and proficiency in the following technologies: MS Teams, MS Teams Telephony, SharePoint Online and On-Premises, IIS, .NET web applications using the .NET framework, Microsoft Azure, Windows Operating Systems, Azure DevOps Release Pipelines, F5 Load Balancing, SAML Single Sign-On, PowerShell and scripting, TCP/IP and basic networking concepts, diagnostic tools such as Wireshark or Fiddler, SCOM, and Active Directory.
* Strong commercial awareness and a continuous drive to maximize business value delivery.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely.
