About Us:
We have been implementing CRM solutions for over 10 years, specializing in dub service applications using React. Our current team consists of 7 full-time Front End developers, and we are aiming to expand our Front End department to 30 consultants over the next few years.

We handle different projects every time, often with customers that require substantial hours and will be maintained for up to 10 years. We operate as an in-house consultancy, providing a variety of projects in both the private and public sectors across all industries. Our projects range from small (0.5 million - 1.5 million) to large (1 million - 10 million) and our customers are located all over Norway, mainly in the Oslo region.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor a growing team of Front End developers
* Oversee multiple small and large projects
* Maintain long-term customer relationships
* Deliver high-quality solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
* Provide technical leadership and vision for Front End development

Skills & Qualifications:



* Experience: 10+ years in Front End development, senior or Tech Lead level
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS (consideration for .Net full stack with a heavy Front End focus)
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree (no exceptions)
* Professional Background:

* Experience working for or with larger companies
* Consultancy background or mentality; no "in house" developers
* Experience working in teams larger than 7 people
* Ability to understand client perspectives, see the broader picture, and quickly identify solutions without delving into minute details
* Leadership capability in challenging client situations
