Senior IT Project Manager (Supply Chain Solutions)

My client, a well-known commercial group with business across different industries in the region, is now looking for a Senior Manager - Supply Chain Technology, to join in the internal IT team.



Roles and Responsibilities

* Establish and maintain a strong relationship with stakeholders from logistics and supply chain department to ensure I.T. services are aligned with their business needs and goals.
* Be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of technology and solutions to improve business operations.
* Develop and implement technology solutions to address business challenges, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP), etc.
* Streamline logistic processes to increase efficiency using technologies such as RPA and AI
* Work with internal development team and external vendors on new system implementations throughout the whole project cycle.
* Ensure that technology solutions are scalable, secure, reliable and comply with company and industry standards and regulations.



Skills and Qualifications

* 8+ years experience of managing scalable IT projects in logistic/supply chain solutions, like WMS, TMS, IMS, OMS etc.
* Experience with integration of various systems for omnichannel fulfilment, including inventory management, order routing, and fulfilment.
* Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
* Experience managing solution partners, establishing, and tracking vendor performance with SLA.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
