Job Title: Dynamics 365 CRM Application Consultant

Responsibilities:

* Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
* Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, overseeing data migration, user training, and system testing.
* Provide end-user training and ongoing support, resolving issues to ensure effective use of Dynamics 365 CRM.
* Design scalable CRM solutions aligned with industry standards, emphasizing efficiency and best practices.
* Utilize automation capabilities in Dynamics 365 CRM to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
* Develop and customize reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales, marketing, and customer service performance.

Requirements:

* Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
* Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
* Certification such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration is a plus.
* Familiarity with related technologies like Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is advantageous.
