Technical Team Manager

A global leader in aviation software, located the heart of Odense at tech city are looking for a technical team manager to support their development teams. The company has over 20 years experience building aviation software and are partnered with over 450 airlines and private pilots across 90 countries.

They specialising in developing In flight planning, real-time tracking and route planning solutions and have three teams that utilise .NET and SQL databases to handle end to end development projects.

Currently looking for a manager to support two of the teams in their growth, development, monthly reviews, personnel development as-well as providing advisory for architecture and driving project deliverable.



Requirements:

Leadership: Inspire and guide a team of skilled developers working with .NET and SQL technologies, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Project Management: Drive the successful execution of projects, ensuring deadlines are met and delivering top-notch solutions that exceed client expectations.
