A well-established Microsoft Partner are expanding rapidly due to customer demand. To support business growth, this highly reputable partner are looking for a ambitious and enthusiastic Technical Account Manager.


As a Technical Account Manager, you will represent the business and yourself as a trusted partner, offering advice and recommendations to key customers on the latest technical innovations, whilst keeping up to date with market changes.


You will need to have a clear understanding of the Microsoft stack and how different solutions are delivered to engage and sell into the accounts you manage.

Roles & Responsibilities



  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned client accounts.

  • Host regular meetings and calls with the client to build rapport and maintain a mutual relationship.

  • Capture all key information such as future growth plans, deals and targets, key communication into the CRM

  • Exceed sales targets set

  • Collaborate with clients to develop and drive technical roadmap, drive outcomes, and report on progress.

  • Host and lead client meeting/calls to progress with the delivery of products and services identified from the roadmap

  • Attend the regular sales meetings providing all requirements and information.


Skills required



  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the IT B2B sector as a Technical Account Manager.

  • A general IT technical knowledge and understanding and more specifically of Microsoft products and services to be creditable when speaking with clients at all levels.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.

  • A proven track record of technology solutions sales across Enterprise and mid-market clients.

  • Confidence to manage relationships on a technical and business level.

  • Experience of utilising a CRM system.

  • In depth knowledge of 365 licencing, Microsoft 365 product suite, Microsoft Azure, Networking, Virtualisation
