This client is a Fortune 500 company in the energy sector who is looking to hire experienced Dynamics 365 CRM/D365 CE resources for multiple new roles. The company has exciting plans to grow and they are invested in building out the Dynamics 365 practice. The Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant is an essential position on the team that serves customers in the home services unit. They will be responsible for guiding the implementation of D365 CE across the enterprise and working alongside the ERP resources as they migrate AX-F&O. There is unlimited potential in this opportunity and it's an incredible time to join the organization.



Responsibilities

* Design, develop, test, maintain, and enhance Microsoft D365 for Customer Engagement platforms for customers in the home services industry
* Guide the implementation of D365 CE and assist with the migration from D365 AX to F&O
* Utilize an excellent understanding of the capabilities and limits of the Microsoft D365 for Customer Engagement platform to serve client needs
* Work directly with clients to map requirements and build out business solutions
* Work between business partners, clients, and technical teams to gather, analyze, translate and document requirements
* Provide end to end solution development and management reporting to the Lead CRM Solutions Architect
* Design and monitor user acceptance and training
* Perform in an Agile environment
* Identify and analyze gaps and develop solutions
* Manage onshore and offshore teams of both technical and functional resources
* Oversee technical processes to ensure functional requirements have been met



Requirements

* 4+ years with CRM systems at the enterprise level
* 3+ years with D365 CE solution design and management
* Ability to work in a hybrid environment (2-3 days per week) OR remotely (outside Houston, TX) + <20% travel is required
* Excellent understanding of D365 CRM software and D365 for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service applications
* Strong understanding and previous experience with full cycle software implementations
* Excellent communication, project management, and client-facing abilities
