My client is an expense management solution powered by their Business Card. Their technology, offered as a SaaS service, combine our business card with a receipt scanning app and administration portal into one seamless expense management solution saving companies time and money while increasing employee satisfaction.
The Role - UX Designer
They are looking for an experienced UX designer to deliver world class user experiences for our customers in the B2B business segment. They have a good foundation in place but need you to take us to the next level. You will get to work closely with their developers both frontend, iOS & Android and backend. As they are a small team scaling up for growth you will get to form your own ways of working to keep things running smooth.
Some of the tasks you will be doing
-Work with the product development teams to deliver world class user experiences both on web and though our mobile applications, facilitating ways of working within the team, and making sure we deliver what our customers need
-Run customer interviews, surveys and gather data to support our design process and decisions
-Be the voice of the customer
-Maintain and develop our design system
-Shape our own ways of working
Some qualities we value, but not limited to
-Passionate about UI/UX design
-Product doer: whether it's building a functional prototype, pushing pixels in Figma or polishing the finest details of the product demo
-Experience in running customer interviews, survey and test prototypes would be great
-We expect you to be able to own your tasks and champion your own deliverables in your team
