Support Engineer (1st / 2nd Line)
Cloud Support - London - Up to £35k
MS Gold Partner is growing their support team and looking for an Support Engineer experienced in either 1st or 2nd line support to join the business during this busy period. They are offering opportunities to grow as a valued member of the support team with lots of training to enhance your career on offer with paid for certifications. Most of the work required is at their various client sites which range from the Financial services to legal industries as well as others.
The role is to support and work with the latest MS technologies (Windows Server, Microsoft Azure & Office 365). Ideally you will have around 2 years' experience and demonstrate support knowledge to a 1st or 2nd line level of the following technologies:
- Office 365
- Windows Server (2012 / 2016 / 2019)
- Active Directory
- Windows networking
- Basic routing, switching and Firewall rules
Not essential but nice to have:
- Professional services / MSP Background
- M365 / Azure certifications
