Job Description

A leading partner in the IT Consultancy is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team. The business pride themselves on the development of their workforce and will offer the chance to take further certifications whilst supporting your career path.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact to deal with customer incidents and service requests. You will also be expected to provide a high quality of customer service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Active Directory and Office 365 use management.

  • Hardware support.

  • Troubleshooting.

  • Ticket queue management.

  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous IT Support Desk experience (Desired).

  • Microsoft Office 365 knowledge and experience.

  • Desktop troubleshooting and support.

  • Self-motivation to learn on the job or in personal time.

  • Excellent communication skills.
