Senior Technical Support Engineer

An emerging organisation specialise in IT backup support is looking to add a senior technical support engineer to their team. Ideally someone who can take the lead and ensure best practices within the development team. They are in a midst of implementing their D365 platform and looking for a highly skilled resources to be part of their growth. The role involves a great deal of customer support, maintaining the overall integrity of the D365 platform. This is a terrific opportunity to join a global company and be a part of their expansion.

Responsibilities include but not limited to

  • Handle case to case applications and provide tier 1 support

  • Review required document and perform systems analysis

  • Engage with with customers and perform user training

  • Understand customer needs and provide adequate solutions


  • 2 Years of experience working with dynamics CRM/ D365 CE

  • Organisational and leadership skills are required

  • Extensive experience within a customer driven setting is required

  • Multi-dimensional platform support experience is a plus
