Dynamics AX/D365 - Applications Analyst - £30K - £55k
I am working with an leading end client within that are looking to add an applications support analyst to their team in the London area, with ad hoc travel requirements to their South East based sites.
My client are market leaders within their industry and are reputable for their constant evolution, technical advances and their effort towards using the cutting edge of technology in order to continue dominating their market. This role will allow you to make a true impact within the business and play a vital role in their continued growth and success.
The role will require you to provide 1st and 2nd line support to the key business users to ensure the systems are running efficiently and effectively. You will be reporting to the Business Systems manager, working alongside a great collaborative and friendly team. My client believes in employee progression and is a strong advocate of internal promotions as well as helping you gain the skills/experience you need to take you career in the direction you want it to go.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide IT support in Dynamics AX/D365
- Continuously improve key business systems
- Share and Implement system changes consistently across all contracts.
- Technical incident management and application management
An Ideal candidate would have :
- Wider knowledge of IT systems,
- Experience providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support
- ITIL foundation
- Dynamics AX/D365 experience.
