Seeking an experienced Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central Applications Support Analyst. The candidate will be looking to challenge themselves with the latest tech in the market. This new and thriving role will see the successful candidate join an energetic company, focusing on employee engagement with a passion for Microsoft technology.

Responsibilities will include

  • Ensuring that requests for assistance, incidents and Service Requests are properly logged, assigned and responded to

  • Supporting Senior D365 Consultants and Developers with incoming tickets

  • Acting as an escalation point for 1st line teams and users directly when needed

  • Providing hands on technical support to customers, systems, products and services

My client is looking for a candidate who can offer

  • 1st and 2nd line support with Dynamics NAV or D365 Business Central Solutions

  • Exposure with Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV 2016 upwards

  • Finance experience is ideal

  • SAP/Oracle experience, but not essential
