Azure Senior Data Engineer - Remote, UK based - Permanent



Please note, although this is a remote role, the client will only be open to candidates who have the legal right to live and work in the UK.



Are you a Senior Data Engineer who is looking for a new and exciting remote role? Or are you a Data Engineer looking to take that next step within your career?



My client is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join a remote team providing hands-on engineering and support across the company and their customers.



This role will also involve a candidate utilising Azure Data Warehousing concepts and methods with the ability to adapt and tailor requirements



Along with the above responsibilities the client requires the following experience and skill set:



MUST HAVES:



  • Experience with Azure Data Solution Design/Development

  • Experience using Python


PREFERABLE ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:



  • ARM templates

  • BI Stack (SSRS/SSAS (Tabular with DAX & OLAP with MDX) SSIS)

  • Data Catalog

  • Azure Monitor

  • Python

  • C#

  • GitHub

  • Azure Synapse/SQL DW

  • Strong Communication Skills

  • PowerShell scripting
