Seasoned Technical Sales Engineer with experience around infrastructure and/or Cloud monitoring platforms to join its dynamic Sales Team. This role requires both technical and sales skills to understand our (potential) customer's needs, provide value-add technical demos, product webinars, trade shows, training and assist with customers' proof of concepts (PoC). As an integral part of the Sales Team, you will collaborate closely with multiple sales representatives, to technically validate our solutions and ultimately deliver solutions to prospects, customers and channel partners.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years' related industry experience involving pre-sales, sales engineering and/or technical sales
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience
- Fluency in English, both oral and written. Other languages an advantage.
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Availability and willingness to travel (inter)nationally on a regular basis. The successful candidate must be in possession of a valid passport
- Microsoft knowledge (MS Exchange, Deploying VM/Windows server install, Office 365)
- Experience with monitoring systems or large infrastructure/application IT systems
- Good knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS etc.)
- Experience with Data centre-based applications (such as VOIP/Skype for Business/Active Directory/etc.) as well as understanding of monitoring the applications
