Cloud Support Engineer - Full Time (Vilnius)

One of the leading Cloud Native companies is looking for a Cloud Support Engineer to operate and manage cloud platforms in their Vilnius Office. If you are experienced in the below, are ambitious and ready for a challenge - apply!

Role & Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain cloud platforms

  • Perform monitoring of systems for errors, failures and capacity issues

  • Perform patching

  • Detect, solve and escalate incidents to appropriate support teams

  • Initiate the Incident Management process and coordinate Major Incidents as well as carry out other ITSM processes

  • Establish and update documentation and procedures

  • Address ideas and suggestions for improving solutions and platforms

Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluent English (Required)

  • Excellent communication skills with strong verbal and writing capabilities (Required)

  • Open and collaborative with strong focus on client and client experience (Required)

  • Problem solving and troubleshooting (Required)

  • ITIL knowledge and/or certification (Required)

  • Understanding of cloud computing technologies and providers (at least one of: Azure, AWS, GCP) (Preferred)

  • Strong foundation in system administration (Windows and/or Linux), including performing backups, upgrades and patching

  • Experienced with describing operational processes and implementing them
