Dynamics NAV Support Team Leader - £40,000 DOE


The Company


They are one of the UK's leading Gold Partners within the Dynamics NAV market and are on the lookout for an experienced NAV support professional to step up and take the lead on their dedicated NAV support team. The company invests heavily into its staff through upskilling and career development plans, so this is a great opportunity for someone in the fledgling stage of their NAV career to really kick it into gear with lots of scope for progression within the business.


The Role


You will be responsible for managing a team of NAV Support professionals, overseeing the allocation of tickets and your team's workload, as well as handling your own cases. You will be responsible for producing, reviewing and updating training and support documents, alongside mentoring and developing new members of the team. Typical managerial duties will also keep you busy; ensuring rotas are covered (early/late shifts, lunch-time, 24/7 support, holidays) and approval of team member holidays. Your week will be split between working from home and being onsite in their office in the West Midlands, as the Leadership aspect of the role necessitates.


You



  • Solid foundational knowledge of NAV.

  • Background in Service/Application Support - a Leadership role would be advantageous.

  • Finance background, in NAV and/or from a qualification/certification would be advantageous.

  • Strong understanding of ticket handling from a 1st and 2nd line support background

  • The ability to lead and manage a team effectively

  • Excellent professional interpersonal skills, as necessitated by the nature of the role.
