Head of sales and recruitment - CRM - Stockholm



My Client a very successful partner within the CRM channel are looking for someone to head up there Sales dept. They are looking for someone who has a strong mindset and hunter mentality to win new business within the CRM ecosystem in Sweden as well as help grow there loyal customers and drive those relationships forward also.


You will also be tasked with helping grow their fantastic group of knowledgeable and skilled consultants to meet the demand they face after what has been a very successful year.



Requirements:



  • Solution sales experience from a similar background (CRM/ ERP/Cloud)

  • Account management experience, being able to grow existing relationships

  • Resource sales, not only be able to win new business but help to staff those projects as well

  • Hunter mentality

  • Experience within the recruitment process

  • Fluent Swedish and English
