Job Description

Our client is looking for a desktop support engineer to assist with 1st Line Support across multiple sites. Customer support is vital in the role and the candidate will be responsible for working toward SLA's and troubleshooting software and hardware issues.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Incident Management

  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues

  • Rebuild and configure PC's and applications

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a 1st line or DS role is essential

  • Windows operating systems

  • Windows servers

  • Prolific problem solving
