Nigel Frank International are working with one of the leading Microsoft 365 focused organizations in the Microsoft Partner space. After a successful 2021, they are looking to grow the team further.
This position sits within the Change division of the business and will be focused on leading adoption of Microsoft 365 for customers. The right candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate experience in Change Management and will come with a strong understanding of Microsoft 365, particularly from the perspective of the value it adds for businesses.
Candidates will be expected to own and deliver to customers expectations at appropriate quality levels and in a timely manner.
Any experience working in roles involving the migration to M365, or onboarding/implementation of M365 would be advantageous, and are highly desired. With the recent drive in usage of, and demand for, Microsoft Teams, any involvement in prior roles with the rollout and adoption of Microsoft Teams would be advantageous.
Experience working in a consultancy previously is not a must, as this is a role that offers a great opportunity to continue to grow in your career.
A track record of delivering strategies for change management with a focus on people is highly sought after.
Candidates in this role can expect to deal with a broad audience from businesses, all the way up to C-Level.
Due to the nature of the work, candidates are ideally going to be located in the Eastern or Central time zones.
