Tech Lead .NET Angular

Job Title: Tech Lead (.NET & Angular) | Trondheim

Location: Trondheim, Norway

Team Size: 10 people, 2 located in Trondheim, rest remote

We're looking for a Tech Lead to join our team in Trondheim, where you'll play a pivotal role in the development and modernization of a complete accounting system. You'll collaborate with businesses on payroll, annual settlements, tax notices, and more, while contributing to a major system rebuild.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and guide a talented team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and best practices.
- Continuously improve technical processes and standards for the team and wider company.
- Help design and implement guidelines, working closely with other Tech Leads and architects.
- Take an active role in modernizing the current system, moving from JavaScript and jQuery to Angular and making key decisions in a service-oriented rebuild.
- Be hands-on with code, adapting week by week depending on project priorities.
- Evaluate current systems and make decisions for modernization while maintaining the legacy codebase during the transition.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless technology integration and innovation.

What We're Looking For:

- 5+ years of experience as a .NET Full-Stack Developer with strong Angular skills.
- Expertise in reviewing code, identifying architectural patterns, and seeing the bigger picture.
- Ability to guide, mentor, and assist developers in achieving their best work.
- An interest in staying up-to-date with the latest tech trends and continuously building your technical competence.
- Hands-on leadership approach, with a balance between coding and technical oversight.
