Senior Dynamics CRM Analyst

Senior Business Analyst-- Houston, TX

This fast-growing organization is looking for someone to be an integral part of their CRM team. You will work closely with the Director of CRM to drive development, integration, and optimization of their system. You will be in charge of administration, maintenance, support, integration, and configuration of the platform. You will also get the experience of working with the corporate marketing team to gather business requirements and releases.

Role & Responsibilities

* Manage ongoing system enhancements and make sure to keep users and team members in the loop
* Create reports and dashboards using CRM, Power BI, and Excel
* Provide help desk support to users
* Create training materials and job aids

Skills & Qualifications

* Prior experience with Dynamics CRM and Power Platform
* Experience creating custom sales and marketing analytics
* 3+ years of experience with business analysis
