M365 BA - £350 - Outside IR35 - Remote
**Role Overview:**
As an M365 Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technology and business needs. You will be responsible for driving requirements gathering, change management, and adoption of M365 tools, ensuring seamless project delivery and enhanced stakeholder engagement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Requirements Gathering:** Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements, translating them into effective M365 solutions.
- **Migrations:** Lead and support data and platform migrations to M365, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
- **Change Management:** Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and user adoption of new systems and processes.
- **Adoption:** Promote the adoption of M365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, and Copilot through training, support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- **Stakeholder Management:** Engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring their needs are met and their feedback is integrated into project plans.
- **Customer Engagement:** Act as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their requirements are understood and addressed.
- **Project Delivery:** Manage and deliver projects on time and within scope, coordinating with technical teams and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- **Bridge Between Tech and Business:** Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and deliverables.
**Required Skills and Experience:**
- Proven experience as an M365 Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, and Copilot.
- Demonstrated experience with data and platform migrations.
- Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Strong change management and user adoption skills.
- Effective stakeholder management and customer engagement abilities.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
