Job Description:

In this role will help with the development, optimization, integration, and adoption of our Microsoft Dynamics, from the ground up. You will oversee the administration, maintenance, support, integration, and configuration.

Role & Responsibilities

* You will create, modify, and maintain system customizations to dashboards, views, forms, business processes, workflows, and templates.
* Builds reports and dashboards within CRM, Excel, and PowerBI.
* As system enhancements or releases are developed, schedules and tests usability and functionality against business requirement expectations and provides feedback to the team.
* Provides daily help desk support to all system users using the FreshService ticketing application. Tracks, resolve, and closes user support requests and escalates user requests as appropriate.
* Reviews and removes duplicate records by merging, mass updates, or importing data. Facilitates data uploads and interfaces by validating and ensuring captured data is clean, accurate, and relevant.
* Other duties and responsibilities as requested or assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a systems administrator
* Ability to develop custom sales and marketing analytics
* Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
* Ability to communicate complex ideas across functions and levels of the organization
* Adept at handling multiple tasks and projects with competing deadlines; ability to adapt to shifting priorities
* Works productively with minimal supervision; achieves work objectives in a timely manner
* Relates to others in an open and helpful way; consistently treats others with respect
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (intermediate/advanced), PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Experience with the Sales & Field service modules of Dynamics CRM.
